Students must complete registration with accurate information
Minimum age requirements apply for certain classes
Emergency contact information is required for all students
Full payment is required to secure class spots
Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit cards, PayPal
Payment processing fees are non-refundable
24-hour notice required for cancellations
Late cancellations may forfeit payment
Studio reserves right to cancel classes due to low enrollment
Full refunds available with 48-hour cancellation notice
No refunds for missed classes without prior notice
Credit may be offered for future classes at studio’s discretion
Respectful behavior towards instructors and other students
Proper dance attire required for classes
No photography or video recording without permission
Arrive on time for scheduled classes
Students participate at their own risk
Pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed
Follow instructor safety guidelines at all times
All choreography and class materials are studio property
Unauthorized recording or distribution is prohibited
Studio name and logo are trademark protected
By participating in classes, you acknowledge and accept:

Release of liability for injuries sustained during classes
